Charles Bailey v St Agnus Roman Catholic Primary School

Mike Arnold managed to win a claim for Mr Bailey on his claims for Unfair and Wrongful Dismissal and also achieved a rare re-engagement order meaning the school had to take back Mr Bailey for work with backdated pay and benefits as if he had never left.

In Charles’s words ….“I was very impressed with Mike’s professional service. He helped me overcome a very difficult time in my life, after I was dismissed from work. Mike and his staff, gave me support and guidance, from preparing my case and submitting it, through the tribunal courts. I submitted all the paper work and documents to his firm and he took care of everything else for me.

Mike advised me of dates for hearings and what was expected of me, from the start of the case to the very end of the case. He helped me win my case on a no win no fee basis, which really helped me financially. It really could not have been any easier.
Mike helped me get my job back and not only prove that I was unfairly dismissed, but also wrongfully dismissed. Thank you all at Employment Law 4 U, for all your help and support”
